Usual Tradition for a Wanted Dog Groomer

For Colleen Murphy, Wanted Dog Groomer has changed into a generational tradition. Like Murphy, the proprietor of Colleen’s Canine Clippers while in the Avenel portion of Woodbridge, has worked at pet grooming for way too long, she’s now washing, clipping, and snipping dogs of your kids of her original customers.

“There are several grandchildren in that room as well,” she laughed at her bright, sunny shop on St. George Ave.

Murphy is doing this “at least 20 years.” She began originally as a possible employee at Bernadine’s Wanted Dog Groomer, which had been located across from Town Hall on Main St. 30 years ago.

Colleen purchased this business and moved it to the present location a lot more than 2 full decades ago.

“That’s considerable time. Going so much about my original customers. I’m watching their kids graduating from college,” she said.

With that entire have, Murphy said she’s very certain hers could be the longest lived Wanted Dog Groomer shop while in the township.
